The south west runs hotter than the coast in summer and colder on winter mornings, and the newer estates tend to be light on established shade. Double glazed uPVC windows cut heat transfer dramatically, so rooms stay cooler in January, warmer in July and cost less to run all year. They also reduce condensation on cold mornings.
Because so much of the area is new build, we work directly with builders and owner builders: supply only, or partial installation where the builder fits reveals, frames and flashing and we complete the glazing, flyscreens and hardware. BAL rated options up to BAL-40 are available for lots backing onto bushland, and a 10 year warranty covers uPVC profile frames, double glazed units and hardware.

Your order goes into our Gregory Hills factory, cut, welded and glazed to your openings using Deceuninck profiles.
3. Four to eight weeks
Manufacturing time depends on the size of the job and the glass specified. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be sold.
4. Fitted by our team
Installation is carried out by our installation team. Builders and owner builders can take supply only, and we can do partial installation on new builds.

Regularly. Much of the south west is new build, so we’re used to working to a builder’s program, quoting from plans and coordinating the timing around other trades.
Will double glazing really cut my power bills?
Windows are the biggest source of heat gain and loss in most homes. Double glazing with uPVC frames sharply reduces both, so heating and cooling run less. It makes the most difference in the south west, where summers are hotter and winter mornings colder than on the coast.
