Safeguarding your Property

Secure Your Home: Forever Green Windows BAL-40 Solutions

To ensure the safety of residential properties, Australian authorities and regulators have established specific safety requirements. These measures are tailored to the suburb you reside in and are determined by the level of fire risk in the area. These safety ratings are referred to as Bushfire Attack Levels, or BAL for short, and they encompass a range of levels from BAL-12.5 to BAL-40, each corresponding to a different level of fire risk. Your local council will inform you of your property’s BAL rating, and it is crucial for every homeowner or tenant to be aware of this rating. It ensures that the necessary safeguards are in place and allows for the development of a suitable fire safety plan.

Windows and doors play a pivotal role in this protection strategy. They are meticulously designed as a cohesive unit, incorporating elements such as fire-resistant coatings, optimal glass thickness, and screen fittings.

Forever Green Windows offers a diverse range of window and glass solutions tailored to projects with varying BAL requirements, including  BAL 12.5, BAL-19, BAL-29 and BAL-40. Explore our options today and enhance the safety of your home!
